Description
The Dom Tápparo mill started at the initiative of Mr. José Tápparo, who in 1978 decided to produce cachaça for his own consumption and give it to his friends. Cachaça was so successful that they began to want to buy it.
Cachaça Extra Premium Cabaré 15 Years is prepared from the fermented distillate of the sugarcane juice must, later aged in selected European oak barrels for 15 years.
